Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all bookings and services provided by MotoSpa, owned and operated by Ewa Gugnacka (“we”, “us”, or “our”), a mobile massage therapy service.
By booking or using our services, you (“the client”, “you”) agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Services

We provide professional mobile massage treatments at the client’s chosen location.
All treatments are carried out by qualified and insured massage therapists.

Our services are strictly non-sexual. Any inappropriate behavior or requests will result in immediate termination of the session and may be reported.

2. Client Responsibilities

You must ensure that there is enough space for the massage table and for the therapist to move safely around it.
Please confirm that you have checked the room dimensions and accessibility before the appointment.
The treatment area must be clean, warm, and private, and have access to running water and electrical outlets if required.
You must inform us of any medical conditions, injuries, allergies, or medications that may affect your treatment.
You are responsible for supervising any children or pets present during the appointment.

3. Health and Safety

Massage therapy is not a substitute for medical treatment.
We reserve the right to refuse or stop a treatment if it is unsafe or inappropriate to continue.
Clients with contagious conditions (e.g. skin infections, flu, COVID-19) will be asked to reschedule.
For your safety, please avoid alcohol or heavy meals before a massage.

4. Booking and Payment

Bookings can be made online or by email.
A deposit or full payment may be required to confirm your appointment.
Payments are accepted via cash, bank transfer, or card (depending on availability).
Prices listed on our website are in GBP (£) and include all applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

5. Cancellations and Rescheduling

At least 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule a booking.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a 50% charge.
No-shows or cancellations within 6 hours of the appointment will be charged in full.
If we need to cancel due to illness, emergency, or unsafe conditions, we will offer to reschedule or provide a full refund.

6. Therapist Conduct and Safety

Our therapists reserve the right to leave immediately if they feel unsafe or uncomfortable.
Any form of harassment, inappropriate conduct, or intoxication will result in termination of the session without refund.
The therapist will always maintain professional boundaries and client confidentiality.

7. Liability

While every effort is made to ensure your safety, MotoSpa is not liable for:
- Any injury, loss, or damage arising from the treatment unless caused by proven negligence.
- Failure to disclose relevant health information prior to treatment.
Clients use our services at their own risk and should consult a healthcare provider if unsure about massage suitability.

8. Gift Vouchers and Promotions

Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated.
They are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Promotional offers cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

We take your privacy seriously. Personal information is collected only for booking and treatment purposes and is stored securely in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the UK GDPR.
We never share your data with third parties without your consent.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect business, legal, or regulatory changes. The most recent version will always be available on our website.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and interpreted according to the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes will be handled by the courts of England and Wales.
